吲哚菁绿荧光胸腔镜技术在单孔胸腔镜下肺段切除术的段间平面的识别

伴随着肺癌的广泛筛查及胸腔镜技术的迅猛发展,早期肺癌的诊断率越来越高,因此,胸腔镜下肺段切除术也广泛的受到国内外胸外科医生的认同,但是该术式的一个手术难点在于如何判断段间平面。我们应用吲哚菁绿荧光胸腔镜技术对肺段平面进行识别,取得较好效果,在这向大家介绍下该技术的应用过程。

With the extensive screening of lung cancer and the rapid development of thoracoscopic techniques, the diagnosis rate of early lung cancer is getting higher. Therefore, thoracoscopic segmental resection is widely accepted by domestic and foreign thoracic surgeons, but the key of the surgical procedure is how to determine the plane between the segments. We applied the indocyanine green fluorescent thoracoscopic technique to identify the lung segment and achieved good results. We will introduce the application process of this technology.
