周围型肺结节穿刺的辅助导航技术

周围型肺结节通常是指位于肺外 1/3 的病变,确定诊断最常用方法是计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)引导下经皮肺穿刺活检或经支气管肺穿刺活检。导航技术有助于提高穿刺的阳性率、降低并发症发生率,缩短诊断时间,使患者获得及时有效的治疗。

Peripheral pulmonary lesions (PPLs) are generally considered as lesions in the peripheral one-third of the lung. A computed tompgraphy (CT) guided transthoracic needle aspiration/biopsy or transbronchial approach using a bronchoscope have been the most generally accepted methods. Navigation technique can effectively improve the peripheral pulmonary lesions diagnosis rate, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the time of diagnosis, and make the patients get timely and effective treatment.
